About the
Advisor Role

As an Advisor with Workplace Benefits, you guide businesses through every stage of their benefits strategy. You will work directly with owners, HR teams, and leadership groups to help them compare plans, analyze savings, and build benefits programs that support employee wellbeing. Your role blends relationship building, plan design consultation, and ongoing client support. You will have access to our full carrier network, our proprietary tools, and a dedicated operations team that helps you deliver an exceptional client experience.

What You Will Be Doing

Consulting with Business Owners

Help clients understand their benefits needs, identify gaps in coverage, and compare pricing across multiple carriers.

Designing Customized Benefit Plans

Use our tools and large carrier network to build plan options that fit each client's size, goals, and budget.

Managing Renewals and Savings Reviews

Review renewals, negotiate with carriers, and present cost saving options that protect clients over the long term.

Providing Ongoing Client Support

Serve as a trusted advisor for questions, plan changes, and employee onboarding support.

Working in a Remote First Environment

Enjoy full flexibility while staying connected through our digital workplace. Advisors can work from anywhere in Canada with reliable internet access.

Qualifications We Look For

Professional Background

Experience in group benefits, insurance, financial services, or HR consulting is valued
LLQP or equivalent licensing is preferred, or willingness to obtain it
Comfortable working with small and mid sized employers
